The NAIDOC South Australia Committee invites expressions of interest from Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander individuals residing in South Australia who have a strong commitment to advancing the aims and activities of NAIDOC Week in this state. The Committee plays a significant role in organising, promoting and supporting events and initiatives that celebrate the history, culture, achievements and resilience of First Nations peoples.

Role & Responsibilities

Participate in planning, organising and delivering NAIDOC Week and associated events across South Australia.
Engage with Elders, youth, community organisations and other stakeholders to support and promote NAIDOC activities.
Act in accordance with the Committee’s Code of Conduct, Terms of Reference and governance framework.
